How It All Works

The Process

STEP ONE: Let’s Chat – Let’s have a 10 minute phone chat about your photography requirements and what you would like to achieve with your photographs. I can answer any questions you have and give you some suggestions and ideas for your session.

STEP TWO: Complete Booking Form & Paper Work – I will send you the paperwork (questionnaire and contract) to complete electronically to get your booking confirmed and underway. Exciting; you are on the way to having stunning new business imagery!

STEP THREE: Online Planning Meeting– This is a 30 minute meeting to discuss your photography needs in more detail. We will discuss your target market, brand and goals/ needs for your images. Decide on your session location, clothing, props and all of the important details to get the best results from your photo session.

STEP THREE: The Photo Session – The session will be fun and interactive and over in a flash! You will be given gentle direction, guidance and a heap of encouragement on the day to ensure we get the best possible results. Relax; you are in good hands.

STEP FOUR: Viewing Link – Approximately two weeks following your photo session you will receive an electronic viewing link where you can view the best of the photographs taken at your session and choose the images that you would like to purchase.

STEP FIVE: Image Delivery – Approximately two weeks following your final image selection you will receive your beautiful retouched images in high resolution. These will be available via digital download for you to save and use in all future marketing materials.

Business Photography

All business needs are different. You might need beautiful imagery to tell the story of your business, staff and services, or stunning styled product photography, you might want headshots of all of your team. After a 5-10 minute phone conversation I can create a customized quote for your business. The below prices give an indication of my starting investment rates.

Business Branding Sessions From $990

On online meeting prior to your session to discuss your brief, your brand, session goals, what to wear & more.
Assistance with location selection, ‘models’ (if required) and props.
Photographers planning time and travel time.
Photo session guidance and gentle direction.
A photo session tailored to your needs.
A number of beautifully edited images of your choice in high resolution.
Following the photo session, you will be able to select your favourite photographs that you would like to purchase via an online viewing platform.
The chosen images will be subtly and skilfully retouched to the highest standard including eye brightening, blemishes removed, colour corrections and tonal improvements. This makes a great photo an incredible photo and will really raise the standard of your business imagery and ‘wow’ your customers.
Your images will be provided to you via digital download in high resolution in both colour and black and white and are suitable for use in both web and print mediums.
Please note you will have full release rights to use these photographs as you wish in all future marketing and advertising. This is not something all Photographers offer, sometimes there is an additional fee for commercial use and print but this is included here.

I Don't Like Being Photographed - How Will You Capture Nice Photographs of me?

I make the whole process easy, fun, quick and painless. We have some laughs and I give you guidance on posing and how to look your best on camera. It is all over in a flash and afterwards you will have a stunning business imagery that you will be proud to use in your marketing materials.

What is the difference between a natural light photo session and a studio lighting photo session?

A natural light photo session is when we photograph you at the beach or in a park or on your premises (if they are light enough.) Somewhere that doesn’t require extra lighting. A photo session with studio lighting is often required for some products, for indoor headshots, for some business images where the premises are not very well lit.

We need help with our branding images. We know we want professional imagery but we don't know exactly what we want.

No problem! This is my specialty. Once we have had a phone coversation about your business and what you want to convey I spend time planning your photo session and coming up with ideas and concepts to ensure you end up with stunning imagery. I can source props when necessary, make location suggestions, assist with sourcing people to ‘stand in’ for action images and more.

Do You Retouch or Photo Shop Our Final Images?

Yes I do. The retouching service includes skin softening, eye brightening, blemish removal, colour corrections and tonal improvements. This makes a great photo an incredible photo and will really raise the standard of your business imagery and ‘wow’ your customers.
